The property occupies a dramatically tiered hillside in Antioquia’s oldest city, where the dry tropical forest meets the Cauca River valley. Six villas are positioned to capture cross-breezes and panoramic views. The chef sources exclusively from surrounding farming communities, crafting Colombian cuisine that is at once elemental and refined. Mornings begin with the sound of howler monkeys.
