A 16th-century riad transformed into a work of contemporary art. Behind its unmarked medina door: another world entirely.

IZZA was restored over eight years using master craftsmen from across Morocco — zellige tilework from Fez, carved cedar from the Atlas, stucco from Marrakech’s own artisan districts. The courtyard, with its original fountain and orange tree, anchors the home. The rooftop looks out over ten thousand terracotta rooftops and the snowy Atlas Mountains beyond.
